Service Agreement

In order to use GlucoNotes and its services, you should read and comply with the "GlucoNotes Service Agreement" (referred to as "this Agreement" below). Please read carefully and understand each clause, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, as well as separate agreements for opening or using specific services, and choose to accept or decline. Limitations and disclaimers may be highlighted in bold.

Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this Agreement, you are not entitled to download, install, or use GlucoNotes and related services. Your actions such as downloading, installing, logging in, etc., are deemed as your acceptance of the constraints of the above agreement. If you are under the age of 18, please read this Agreement and other aforementioned agreements with the accompaniment of a legal guardian, and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.

I. Scope of the Agreement

This Agreement is the agreement between you and GlucoNotes regarding your download, installation, use, and copying of GlucoNotes, as well as the use of GlucoNotes-related services.

II. About the Service

The content of the service refers to the GlucoNotes client software (including mini-programs) provided in multiple versions including but not limited to IOS and Android. You must select the software version that matches the phone you installed.

III. Obtaining the Software

You can directly obtain the software from third-party app markets authorized by GlucoNotes. If you obtain GlucoNotes or installation programs with the same name as GlucoNotes from unauthorized third-party app markets, GlucoNotes cannot guarantee that the software will function properly, and it will not be responsible for any losses caused to you as a result. After downloading and installing GlucoNotes, you need to follow the steps prompted by GlucoNotes to install or use it correctly.

If you no longer need to use GlucoNotes, you can apply to GlucoNotes for account cancellation (which will synchronize the destruction of all your data in GlucoNotes) and uninstall GlucoNotes.

IV. Software Updates

In order to improve user experience and enhance service content, GlucoNotes will continuously develop new services and provide application updates to you from time to time (these updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, feature enhancement, version upgrade, etc.).

In order to ensure the security of GlucoNotes and its services and the consistency of functions, GlucoNotes reserves the right to update the software without special notice to you or change or restrict some functions and effects of the software.

After the release of a new version of GlucoNotes, the old version of the software may become unusable, and GlucoNotes does not guarantee the continued availability of the old version of GlucoNotes and its corresponding services. Please check and download the latest version at any time.

V. Protection of User Personal Information

Protecting user personal information is a basic principle of GlucoNotes, and GlucoNotes will take reasonable measures to protect user information. Except as provided by laws and regulations, GlucoNotes will not disclose or disclose user personal information to third parties without the user's permission. In order to provide users with relevant service functions or improve technology and services, you may need to provide some necessary information during the registration process or use of this service. GlucoNotes adopts international standard encryption storage and transmission methods for relevant information to ensure the security of user personal information.

If you are under 18 years old, before using the GlucoNotes service, you should obtain the prior written consent of your parents or legal guardians. By continuing to use GlucoNotes, you are deemed to have obtained the written consent of your parents and legal guardians.

VI. Sovereignty and Obligation Clauses

GlucoNotes specifically reminds you to properly keep your account. After you have finished using it, you should log out securely.

User Note: You understand and agree that, in order to provide you with effective services, you hereby authorize GlucoNotes to utilize the processor and broadband resources of your mobile communication terminal device. You are responsible for any data traffic charges incurred during the use of GlucoNotes, and you should inquire about relevant tariff information from the operator yourself.

VII. User Code of Conduct

When using GlucoNotes, you must comply with the requirements of the "seven bottom lines" such as Chinese laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, social public order, moral standards, and the authenticity of information.

VIII. Software Usage Rules

Unless otherwise permitted by law or with the written permission of GlucoNotes, you may not delete intellectual property information about GlucoNotes and its copies or attempt to discover the source code of GlucoNotes by reverse engineering or other means.

IX. Responsibility for Own Behavior

You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions under your registered account.

X. Others

Your use of GlucoNotes constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the GlucoNotes Service Agreement. GlucoNotes has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. If you do not accept the modified terms, you should stop using and uninstall GlucoNotes.
