GlucoNotes respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of its services. In order to provide you with better service experiences, GlucoNotes will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, GlucoNotes will treat this information with high diligence and discretion.

Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, GlucoNotes will not disclose or provide these information to third parties without your prior consent. GlucoNotes may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By agreeing to the GlucoNotes Service Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to all contents of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the GlucoNotes Service Agreement and cannot be separated.

1. Scope of Application

(a) GlucoNotes is developed based on DCloud uni-app and uses oaid-sdk, MSA Mobile Security Alliance SDK, and Digital Sky SDK. With your explicit consent, GlucoNotes needs to collect your device's unique identification code (including IMEI, IDFA, Android ID, MAC, OAID, Advertising ID, Serial Number, IMSI, UAID, ICCID, IDFV), device platform, and device manufacturer to generate a unique target ID (CID) and device ID (GID) for ensuring the uniqueness and security of your identity during runtime.

(b) GlucoNotes uses the Getui SDK for notification push (mainly for glucose testing and medication reminders). With your explicit consent, Getui may collect and use the installation list information for technical push using merge link technology. When multiple app push links are active on one device simultaneously, Getui will merge them into one link to save power and traffic for your device.

(c) With your explicit consent, GlucoNotes needs to access your device's network status mainly for account registration and login, as well as saving and retrieving data on the server.

(d) With your explicit consent, GlucoNotes needs to access your device's photos and camera for adding remarks to corresponding records.

(e) With your explicit consent, GlucoNotes needs to access your device's storage space for batch importing files into corresponding records and exporting record files to the phone.

(f) With your explicit consent, GlucoNotes collects your exercise steps for recording corresponding exercise data.

(g) With your explicit consent, GlucoNotes collects your clipboard data for quickly inputting corresponding records.

You understand and agree that the following information does not apply to this Privacy Policy:

(a) Information data about you posted on GlucoNotes, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and evaluation details;

(b) Violations of laws or GlucoNotes rules and measures taken by GlucoNotes against you.

2. Information Use

(a) GlucoNotes will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless you have given your permission, or that third party and GlucoNotes (including GlucoNotes affiliates) provide services to you separately or jointly, and after the service ends, they will be prohibited from accessing all such data they previously had access to.

(b) GlucoNotes also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information by any means. If any GlucoNotes platform user engages in such activities, GlucoNotes reserves the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user.

(c) All analysis reports of GlucoNotes, including but not limited to replies to third-party information, are based on your records and information data and are not intended as medical references or evidence, do not represent the position of GlucoNotes, and do not assume any legal risks arising from the use of GlucoNotes.

3. Information Disclosure

Under the following circumstances, GlucoNotes will disclose all or part of your personal information according to your personal wishes or legal requirements:

(a) With your prior consent, to third parties;

(b) To third parties or administrative or judicial agencies in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of administrative or judicial agencies;

(c) If you violate relevant Chinese laws, regulations, or GlucoNotes service agreements or related rules, it is necessary to disclose to third parties;

(d) If you are an eligible intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, at the request of the respondent, disclosure to the respondent for handling potential rights disputes;

(e) Other disclosures deemed appropriate by GlucoNotes according to laws, regulations, or website policies.

4. Information Storage and Exchange

The information and data collected by GlucoNotes about you will be stored on servers of GlucoNotes and/or its affiliates. This information and data may be transmitted to and accessed, stored, and displayed overseas in your country, region, or the location where GlucoNotes collects information and data.

5. Information Security

GlucoNotes accounts have security protection functions. Please keep your username and password information safe. GlucoNotes will encrypt user passwords and take other security measures to ensure that your information is not lost, abused, or altered. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please note that there are no "perfect security measures" on the Internet.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

(a) If we decide to change the privacy policy, we will announce these changes in this policy, on the company's website, and in other appropriate locations, so that you can understand how we collect and use your personal information, who can access this information, and under what circumstances we may disclose this information.

(b) The company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, so please check it frequently. If significant changes are made to this policy, the company will notify through the website.

Please protect your personal information properly and only provide it to others when necessary. If you find that your personal information is leaked, especially if your GlucoNotes username and password are compromised, please contact the GlucoNotes developer immediately so that appropriate measures can be taken.

7. Account Cancellation

If you need to cancel your account, you can do so through "Advanced Settings" -> "Account Settings" -> "Account Cancellation" in GlucoNotes. To prevent accidental cancellations, once submitted, your account will enter a 30-day freeze period during which you will be unable to log in. After the freeze period, GlucoNotes will delete all data and records in your account, including logs, from the database. Once deleted, this account data cannot be recovered.
